Additional Charges
  The screen charge for printing the front of the basketball jerseys is $50.00.
  The charge for creating the art for the front of the jerseys is $35.00.

After your order is received, we will fax, or email an invoice,
or contact you if more information is needed.
We will also email a form to fill out individual player number, player name
and basketball uniform size for each of your teams players.
 Please check for league lettering and numbering regulations in your area.
